FasCat COACHING has 5 different coaching levels to choose from. Starting at $150 we offer affordable power based coaching all the way up to hands on coaching in level 5. Levels 1 & 2 are with FasCat Apprentice Coaches Jason Hilimire and Levels 3,4,5 are with head coach Frank Overton.
All levelsof coaching are based on a daily training schedule sent to the athlete in 4 week training blocks. Please see the example calendar.

Custom Coaching Training Camps
FasCat also offers training camps to enhance your coaching. A training camp is a great opportunity to ride with your coach and take the coach athlete interaction up a level. For months to come you and your coach will be able to draw on the time you spent together to better achieve your goals.
