FasCat MotorPacing
This is the perimeter of the standard 1 hour FasCat Motorpacing loop. All sessions depart from the patio of North Amante. The exact route is up to you.
We use speed, terrain, rear view mirrors, heart rate and wattage to custom tailor the motorpacing workout for you. We'll supply the heart rate monitor strap and if you have an ANT Sport powermeter, we have a dash mounted Garmin 705 to read your power output in addition to heart rate.
If you would like to try wattage based motorpacing we have wireless PowerTap wheels to use for $10 more.
