Cost: $20/ class; $185 per 12 week class or punch card

100% of our classes are POWER Based using ANT+ wireless technology from CycleOps Power: Powerbeam trainers, 400Pro Indoor Cycles and the Joule 3.0
Bring your own bike to use in our Powerbeams or ride one of our 400Pros. All athletes will perform a workout by “power” that will be displayed in real time on their handlebar with the new Joule 3.0
The Powerbeam trainer uses the same powertap power measurement technology accurate to +/- 5% and is the only wireless electronic trainer available for instantaneous resistance changes.
The 400Pro Indoor Cycle allows athletes to duplicate the demands of a race or ride and is the most advanced indoor ride.

After the class, each athlete can download & analyze their power data from the Joule to their computer or one of our own to be analyzed by one of our coaches.

We recommend a lactate threshold test to determine your wattage & heart rate zones. Discounts available for athletes who sign up for our 12 week classes.
