Training plans are custom tailored to the athlete's
goals based on an initial and ongoing consultations
by phone and/or email. Programs are planned out
with attention to the upcoming/current season
and important races determined by the athlete.
Coaching is based on a daily training schedule
sent to the athlete in 4 week training cycles.

based on the level of interaction with the athlete
and allocation of coaches time.
