Associate Coach Position & PowerMeter Sales, January 2015

FasCat Coaching is seeking an experienced , motivated and well qualified cycling coach to work in FasCat's Performance Center and sell powermeters. This coach will be extremely knowledgeable in one or all the three cycling disciplines: road racing, mountain biking and cyclocross and all aspects of power-based training and powermeters. Successful candidates will bring a working knowledge of power-based training, training plan design, masters level racing and a high level of racing & coaching expertise. Prior coaching and sales experience a must!
He/she will be expected to personally coach athletes by providing excellent athlete service, interpreting power data, designing training plans, teaching tactics, working training camps, coaching indoor cycling classes, and leading group rides. He /she will also manage all sales channels and work closely with the Director of Coaching. The ideal candidate should be an enthusiastic motivator and passionate about coaching athletes as a career. Excellent time management and organizational skills are a must. Prior performance center or similar environment working experience is a HUGE plus.
1) B.S. Life Sciences or greater
2) 1.5 years+ coaching experience
3) Sales experience
4) Experience training and racing with a powermeter (TrainingPeaks & WKO+)
5) Demonstrated coaching success with examples of exemplary customer service
6) Category 2 or higher level cyclist
7) USA Cycling coaches license or equivalent USAT
Employment & Compensation: based on experience within a $30 - $48k range, 3 weeks paid vacation, health insurance, health club membership
Must be able to work in Boulder, CO
