FasCat Coaching Boulder Summer Training Camp Schedule  June 9th –12th, 2011

Wednesday June 8th:

9am - 7pm: Optional Physiological Testing & Bike Fitting if you would like to schedule

Thursday June 9th:

9am: Introductions & Orientation

10am Group Ride 3 - 4hours, Fruit Loops, primarily flat and at an endurnace pace with optional hills

2:30 - 4:30: Open House @ FasCat to meet with the FasCat Coaches, review power data, talk training, coaching, & physiological testing

5:30pm: Training Seminar: Topic to be tailored to campers

6:30pm: Camp Dinner at 4580 Restaurant

Friday June 10th:

8:30am: Congregate, Coffee, Talk Shop

9am: 4 hour training ride in the mountains: Jamestown>Ward>Peak to Peak Highway> Lyons

2:30 pm: Stretching & Foam Rolling + Recovery Techniques Seminar led by Ann Trombley, Physical Therapist

3pm: Power Data review, Training Plan Design (for optional Training Program purchase), One on One Athlete-Coach Meetings

6p: Camp Dinner at Bacco Trattoria

Saturday June 11th:

8am: Congregate, Coffee, Talk Shop

9am: Big Ride, 5 hours in the Mtns: Carter Lake > Big Thompson Canyon > Estes Park > Lyons > Boulder

4pm: Power Data Review, Training Plan Design, One on One Athlete-Coach Meetings

5:30pm: Camp Dinner at Restaurant TBD

Sunday June 12th:

9am: Training Seminar: Frank Overton, "Your Power Data: What we 'do" with the data to help you Perform better"

9:30am: Skills Sessions & Training Ride: 3 hours, primarily flat & at a social endurance pace

1pm: Lunch                          

Afternoon: Wrap up Meetings & Airport Departures
