A single day Time Trial Clinic given by World Class Time Trialist & FasCat Coach Tom Zirbel.   The day will begin with a classroom style presentation on the fundamentals of time trialing.  We'll go over aerodynamics and talk about modifying your body position to cheat the wind.  We'll also talk about aerodynamic equipment selection and have a selection of HED Wheels for riders to ride on the Haystack Time Trial Course.  After the course recon ride, we'll head back into the "classroom" and go over power data from the course recon, time trial pacing and time trial interval training.

Pre-Season Mountain Bike Camp: Fruita, CO
April 28th –May 1st

A fun filled, productive early season Mountain Bike training camp coinciding with the Fruita Fat Tire Festival.  4 days of riding the incredible trails in mountain biker paradis Fruita, CO.  Each day we'll ride new singletrack led by FasCat Coaches to log in some 'base' mile and work on technical mountain bike skills.  This camp coincides with the Fruita Fat Tire Festival and includes a VIP Festival Pass ($30 value).

FasCat Boulder Training Camp
June 8th –June 12th

A 5 day training & coaching camp for road riders showcasing the finest climbs, rides and high altitude training that the heart of the Boulder, CO cycling community has to offer.  This camp is suitable for any passionate cyclist of all abilities.  Physiological Testing and Bike Fitting are included in the 5 days of fun, skill based training camp.

A 2 1/2 day skill based cyclocross clinic covering everything you'lll need for a successful cyclocross campaign.  All athletes will leave with a 12 week Training Plan

US National Mountain Bike Championships
July 13th - 17th, Sun Valley, ID

Racing camp with full coaching support for athletes competing in the US National Mountain Bike Championships (*athletes must qualify for nationals in order to compete)  The camp will include lodging ad feature a race course pre-ride inspection & feeding.  Racers will also enjoy pre-race meals and support for their biggest race of the season.
