Every 4 weeks all FasCat athletes receive a personalized
training calendar. The training is designed against
an annual training plan. Workouts are specific
to your goals and can be schedule around other
"life" obligations.
Below is an example of a power based training
plan complete with wattage guidelines and total
kiloJoule workloads. This particular athlete wanted
to peak for the Tour of the Gila which he did
by finishing 7th on the GC after five tough days
of racing.
