Example FasCat Training Calendar

Every 4 weeks all FasCat athletes receive a phoe call from their coach that leads to a custom designed training calendar designed in TrainingPeaks. The training program works towards goals, events and/or races identified in the athlete's annual training plan.  Workouts and training zones are specific to your goals/physiology and can be schedule around other "life" obligations.

Below is an example of a power based training plan complete with wattage guidelines and total kiloJoule workloads. This particular athlete was training for the Tour of Utah and Colorado.
