Frank Overton :
I studied physiology in graduate school but got my Ph.D in bike racing. Prior to becoming a full time coach in 2003, I spent close to 10 years as a research scientist in academics and the biotechnology sector. During that time, I also worked with a sports scientist/coach for 5 years and experienced enormous improvement from a beginner to an elite level cyclist.

What sets me apart from other coaches are the results FasCat athletes have acheived, my coaching experience and the sports science background I bring to the table. All FasCat athlete's benefit from real world applications of sport science.
